CDM 2007 has placed a duty on those involved on construction projects to be competent to address their CDM duties. Clients must ensure, for example, all architectural practices, including the individual designers proposed for a scheme are CDM 2007 competent. The client requires evidence of training, a formal approach to design risk management and that practices have access to CDM assistance.

Available as either a half day or full day practical workshop. These courses are generally in house and focus on practical application.
CDM 2007 Overview
This course can be run as either a half day or full day seminar. Aimed at client bodies who also undertake design, CDM co-ordination and even contracting.
RIBA CPD Seminar (Core Curriculum)
These events are run throughout the UK and are primarily aimed at the design fraternity with emphasis on architects. All are half day seminars and are a must for those keeping up to date with core curriculum CPD. Thoroughly recommended.
